Personal care sessions
I offer personal care sessions either in person in Aude or via video call.
I use techniques of deep and active meditation, shamanic journeying with my drum,
as well as my songs and my instruments.
What you will find in a treatment session with me
- A space of gentleness where you can settle in and feel completely welcomed in order to delve deeply into yourself with honesty.
- A space of complete authenticity and simplicity where you receive my benevolent presence and guidance towards your liberation, to rediscover the source of motivation and strength.
- My energy of joy and lightness to experience these moments of transmutation also in celebration.
The course of a session
🌟 Before each session there is a 15-minute phone appointment to prepare for this moment and for you to ask all your questions.
🌟 Each session is unique, lasting between 1.5 and 2 hours.
🌟 In these moments I am fully present, allowing myself to be guided by my intuitions and to guide you according to your needs.
🌟 I take your hand to take a step forward, to bring clarity, to go where sometimes it is dark and painful but necessary to break free.
🌟 You arrive with an intention, a goal, and together we embark on an inner journey in search of the key, the clarification, the liberation, the creation of a flow in that place.
🌟 There is a time for discussion at the beginning and end of the session.
🌟 And in the middle of this healing space, I take you into a deep and active meditation, on a shamanic journey with my drum, and I accompany your healing with my songs and instruments.

The course of a retreat
🌟 Before each retreat, there is a 30-minute phone call to prepare for this time and for you to ask any questions you may have. You will formulate a clear intention before coming.
🌟 Each retreat is unique, I prepare a unique program tailored to your needs.
🌟 We live 5 to 6 hours a day in a space that I accompany and guide each day in service of your intentions.
🌟 The rest of the time, you are with yourself.
🌟 You are self-sufficient in food, meals are not shared.
🌟 You can stay in your own campervan or in a comfortable cottage available on site

I welcome you to a magnificent and rejuvenating natural setting,
in Montlaur (11220), 30 minutes from Carcassonne and 40 minutes from Narbonne.
The sessions take place inside a Mongolian yurt, which is comfortable, intimate and safe.
